7 WinZip was on the first file compression and decompression applications for Windows and still remains popular. It's taken years to reach the Mac and although not as effective or as popular as the Windows version, WinZip for Mac offers some interesting features.
The first thing you notice is that WinZip for Mac features a much slicker and user friendly interface than the Windows version.
